What exactly does a relationship coach do?

A relationship coach helps individuals and couples identify challenges in their romantic or personal relationships and develop tools for better communication, emotional connection, conflict resolution, and personal growth. The goal is to create healthier, more fulfilling relationships. 

How is coaching different from therapy?

Relationship coaching helps you identify patterns, set relationship goals, and develop practical strategies to move forward—without delving too deep into past trauma. While therapy often explores mental health, trauma, and diagnosis, coaching is more goal-focused and action-oriented. 

What issues can relationship coaching help with?

Common topics include communication struggles, trust issues, dating challenges, emotional intimacy, boundary-setting, conflict resolution, and personal development in the context of relationships. 

Do I need to be in a relationship to benefit from coaching?

No, you don’t! Many clients come to coaching while single to gain clarity on what they want in a partner, work on self-awareness, and heal from past patterns before entering a new relationship. 

How do I know if coaching is right for me?

If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to move forward in your relationship—or if you're ready to grow personally and relationally—coaching can offer the clarity and tools you need. 

What’s your coaching style?

My style is supportive, direct, and action-oriented. I focus on creating a safe space where you feel heard, while also guiding you with practical tools, honest feedback, and encouragement to grow and create lasting change. 

What can I expect in a typical session?

Sessions are structured around your goals. We'll talk through your current challenges, explore what's getting in the way, and develop practical steps you can take right away to improve your relationships and well-being. 

How long does coaching typically last?

That depends on your goals. Some clients see progress in just a few sessions, while others may benefit from ongoing support. We'll discuss a plan that fits your needs in your first session. 

Is everything we talk about confidential?

Absolutely. All sessions are confidential and held in a judgment-free space. Your privacy and trust are essential to effective coaching
